In the report “Ultrastructure and growth factor content of equine platelet-rich fibrin gels” (Am J Vet Res 2014;75:392–401), information in the Materials and Methods is incorrect. On page 393, in the fourth sentence of the second paragraph under the heading Gel preparation, the amount of aprotinin added to each well to reduce proteolytic degradation is incorrect. The amount of aprotinin added to each well was 500 μg.
